Given the recent advancement of Australia’s response to the Coronavirus outbreak, we at GOODMANORS are looking at the best practices by which we can keep our clients, employees and local community safe.

We have been actively monitoring updates from The World Health Organisation and Federal and State governments to help us to navigate this rapidly evolving situation. We have assessed the risk facing our teams and will be requiring the following with all our on-site meetings and consultations:

If you are experiencing any potential symptoms, including fever, sore throat, shortness of breath, cough or feel unwell in any way, please reschedule your upcoming appointment with GOODMANORS by at least 14 days. Please also reschedule if you are believed to have been in contact with someone who is a confirmed case of COVID-19 or if you’ve returned from an overseas or interstate trip within the last 14 days. We are happy to reconvene our business when you are well.

Our design staff will be sanitizing their hands before and after each meeting, keeping a distance of at least 1.5m and will not participate in any sort of personal touching eg. hand shaking. Please understand these measures are necessary and we will still be undertaking consultations and site assessments as usual. Our on-site workers will be participating in regular hand washing, social distancing, wearing of gloves in receiving product and by the regular disinfection of tools.

Where possible, we will engage in meetings outside, or alternatively hold meetings over the phone or by email.

GOODMANORS will be recontacting all meeting and consultation bookings to ensure the safety of all involved. Please expect a call should you have a meeting scheduled.

Since we do not have clarity on how long this situation will continue, we will re-evaluate on an ongoing basis and provide regular updates as we receive additional information.

Thank you for your co-operation and we look forward to continuing our business with you all.
