Raoul van de Laak and Ron Berkelmans have known each other since
their junior schooldays in the Netherlands. They followed their
passion for the outdoors and studied Landscape Architecture
both in The Netherlands and Brussels.
They established Good Manors in 1986, approaching garden design
from an architectural point of view in creating gardens 'that
become like outside rooms'.
A strong focus on proportion, detail and quality execution has
made them a business that has now been setting benchmarks in
the design, construction and maintenance of Sydney's residential
gardens for sixteen years.
